The t-shirt is new and unused in grey with a crew neck and a message on the front which is - Hope "Share our vision for a better future"

The t-shirt was only taken out of the sealed plastic to be photographed and is made from 100% Cotton

During the early to mid-1990s Elton John worked with Paul Smith in collaboration with his Aids Foundation

This t-shirt was a special souvenir release of that collaboration
